Aging in Place by Design

As part of The Shepherd’s Center of Orange Park’s (SCOOP’s) “Adventures In Learning” Associate Attorney, Alison E. Hickman, J.D., Elder Care Coordinator, Marie Skipper, and Public Relations and Social Media Manager, Andrew Paul Williams, Ph.D. led the class, “Aging in Place by Design” this morning at the Orange Park United Methodist Church.

Alison discussed the importance of having up-to-date Estate Planning Documents, Marie explained the Life Care Planning process, and Andrew offered instructions about to better manage stress through the practice of Mindfulness and Yoga.
